Therapeutic uses:
Orange has a calming aroma that helps with anxiety. It is uplifting and helps to fight fatigue.
As a topical treatment it has anti-septic, anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties.
It works really well as a disinfectant in cleaners.
It’s great as a perfume in room sprays because it combats smoky, stale odors.
Safety:
Orange essential oil can be irritating to sensitive skin
Some folks are allergic to citrus.
Sweet orange oil is not phototoxic but bitter orange essential oil is phototoxic

Sweet orange oil is often just called orange oil.
